What is Loggio?

Loggio talks to your machines, answers questions, and unlocks engineer-level help, all in an affordable handheld. No laptop. No PLC software. No training.

What machines does Loggio work with?

Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and ControlLogix (Studio 5000), firmware v19 through v36 supported. Firmware outside of v28-v36 requires saving the program as a .L5X file.

Do I need a laptop or PLC software to use Loggio?

No. There is no laptop, no PLC software, and no password to the engineering cabinet. If you can ask a question, you can use it. It doesn't even have to be plugged into the machine for guidance. Plug in the link when you want live values: "what is it doing right now?"

What does Loggio cost?

The Loggio Basic-Edition handheld is $1,300 with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Each machine is a one-time intake priced by its size ($150 to $850), then $99 to $249 per month per machine. Cancel anytime, no minimum term.

Can Loggio write to or change my PLC?

None. The device’s software contains no code that can write a tag. A compromised account, misconfiguration, or even Loggio itself cannot enable a write path because we intentionally created no write path to protect your machine, processes, and people.

What happens to the files I upload?

Uploads are immediately deleted after processing. What persists is Loggio’s own structured model of your machine, in our own proprietary format with zero raw PLC code, on encrypted US storage.

Does Loggio connect to my plant network?

No, not unless you choose to. The machine link is a hand-connected and hand-disconnected cable that joins no network, and the device uses its own encrypted cellular uplink by default. Loggio is capable of using your plant or guest Wi-Fi for in-house firewall control and signal extension, but that is your decision.

What languages does Loggio speak?

Loggio is fluent in 18 languages, including English and Spanish. Ask out loud or type.

Is Loggio predictive maintenance?

No. Loggio is not Predictive Maintenance. It answers why this machine will not start right now and how to fix it.
