Terms of Sale

These terms govern purchases from the Loggio store, operated by Loggio, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the Loggio Master Services Agreement presented at checkout, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

What you are buying

The Loggio handheld unit (yours to own), one-time machine intake (also called onboarding) priced by machine size, a monthly per-machine subscription, and optional credits and services. Everything is priced as shown at purchase; your order confirmation is your record.

Payment

By card, at checkout. Recurring subscription charges bill to the payment method on file. We notify you before any change to your recurring amount.

Subscriptions

Billed per machine, monthly or annual as you choose at checkout. There is no minimum term. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Already-paid subscription fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically; we send a renewal notice at least 30 days before each annual renewal.

Business use

The Loggio store sells to businesses. By ordering you represent that you are purchasing on behalf of a business, for business purposes.

The agreement that governs

The Master Services Agreement you accept at checkout is the contract for your purchase and the service. If these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement governs.

Law

These terms are governed by Delaware law; disputes are resolved as set out in the Master Services Agreement.
